An epidemic: AIDS or another one?
In several squares previously commented, the word plague appears associated to hunger. This epidemic will be AIDS or, worse still, of a mutant of the agent virus of this illness, whose form of transmission would be the same one that of the flue? This hypothesis is faced in Outbreak, terrifying film, with Dustin Hoffman and Donald Sutherland, in which the responsible agent of the epidemic is the unexpected mutant of a bacteriological weapon tested by the Pentagon in 1967 in the Zaire. One square of Nostradamus could give them a glimpse of the argument of this film, with a starting point in Italy:
IV, 48
The fertile, spacious Ausonian plain
Will produce so many gadflies and locusts,
The solar brightness will become clouded,
All devoured, great plague to come from them.
For the fertile and spacious plain of Italy it will be taken a so great amount of rockets and air-planes, that the clarity of the sun will seem covered of clouds. An epidemic will come of these weapons and will destroy everything.
As previously, the following square congregates some signs: the economic crisis, the hunger, the war (former-Yugoslavia), the slaughters (ethnic debugging, terrorism, Ruanda, etc.) and an epidemic:

Those at ease will suddenly be cast down,
the world put into trouble by three brothers;
their enemies will seize the marine city,
hunger, fire, blood, plague, all evils doubled.
The rich ones suddenly will be deloused. The world will be disturbed by three brothers (three Islamic countries) and the enemies will take the city sea (Marseilles) One will know then the hunger, the war, the slaughters, the epidemic and still the double of all these bad things.
VIII, 84
Paterno will hear the cry from Sicily,
all the preparations in the Gulf of Trieste;
it will be heard as far as Sicily
flee oh, flee, so may sails, the dreaded pestilence!
The God will be directed the shouts of Sicily, because of the preparative of the gulf of Trieste (Adriatic sea), that will be heard till Sicily.

Because of some air-planes or ships in the diverse Tirreno sea attacks will come from the Atlantic Ocean, the people reached by the epidemic, the poison (gas) or wounds will be in tents (military hospitals of campaign).
In the Lettre to the Henry, roy of France second, Nostradamus writes by the way of the coming conflict and the persecutions against the Christians: << Then will be made to the Churches more persecutions than ever. And however will start so great pestilence, that more than two thirds of the humanity will perish. To such point, that it will be left to know the proprietor of the fields and the houses and that the grass will grow in the streets of the cities highest of the one than the knees. >>
