The speeches of Geneva will make the men become annoyed. The days will be substituted per weeks, later for months, later per years, later all these speeches will be destroyed. The magistrates will condemn such useless regulations.
The first conventions of Geneva date of 22 of August of 1864. They had been reviewed in 1905 and 1929. Other conventions had been signed in 12 of August of 1949. Today, if it cannot leave to verify that these <<sermons>>, according to designation of Nostradamus, had not been respected by the countries that had signed them.

(In Latin, locusts means <<grasshopper>>, and the gnats come from water).
